In providing this service it is committed to:

  1. Establishing measurable objectives and targets to ensure continued improvement aimed at the elimination of work related injury and illness, prevention of pollution and keeping abreast of customer needs (KPIs)
  2. Ensuring the continuous improvement of the integrated management system, performance and activities of EPS by regularly reviewing the objectives and targets and putting in place plans along with adequate resources to meet them. (MRT & Audits)
  3. Complying with all relevant legal and other requirements including but not limited to OHS, Environmental and CASA legislation and associated requirements to which the organisation subscribes (Legal Requirements)
  4. Identifying assessing and controlling Hazards/Aspects and Risks/Impacts to people the environment and successful service provision. (Risk Management)
  5. Ensuring responsibility and accountability is assigned to those people responsible for implementing and maintaining the key requirements of the IMS. (Accountability & Responsibility)
